0.0s - 0.9s. A sculpted letter A, folded from a single ribbon of matte cream paper (#F8EBDC) with soft self-shadow where the ribbon tucks under itself, settles into the centre-left of frame. It arrives from slightly below, tilted about seven degrees, and rotates upright as it lands. Motion eases out hard: fast at first, then a long slow settle. No bounce.

0.6s - 1.4s. The wordmark "adflow" slides out to the right from directly behind the A, as if it had been hidden behind the symbol all along. It is revealed edge by edge, left to right, never stretched or scaled. Lowercase geometric sans, rounded terminals, same cream, sitting on the same baseline as the A.

1.3s - 1.9s. The line "by PELIKAN STUDIOS" pops on beneath the wordmark, letterspaced small caps, cream, slightly dimmer than the wordmark. It scales up from 82 percent with a single small overshoot, then settles.

1.9s - 3.0s. Everything holds still, perfectly centred as a group. No camera move, no parallax, no particles, no light sweep, no reflections.
